No no no!! DP Ruto, please stop insulting poor broken Kenyans with lighting their "homes" with electricity! Which homes??? Mud huts with thatched roofs and grass huts with polythene roofs are not fit for human dwellings and they are definatley a high risk to loose electrification!! I'm sure DP's goats live in better housing! And you're not electrifying villages but just a select hut for a flopped PR exercise. I thought you had stopped this pathetic exercise after all the nationwide hue and cry, don't you hear the cries of your people? It's gruesome. I have to thank, in particular, the noble Marquess, Lord Lansdowne, for the help he has given me, notwithstanding the fact that when I went to him I made it plain that it was for the purpose of sharpening my spears to plunge into him. § My Lords, what is this all about? I should like to start with a summary. In 601 a
